Of course you have to call this a “bredie”, because nothing this rich, tasty and soul-satisfying could possibly be called just a “stew”. What makes this a true South African bredie? Gently simmered lamb neck portions and the addition of marvelous old-fashioned boerekos spices finished off with a squeeze of lemon for a burst of zesty brightness. Served with basmati rice.
